Collection: Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oils

Our collection of Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oils are made by starting with a mild based EVOO, then either by crushing the fruits and/or herbs with the olives or steeped in the oil as in our Chipotle using chipotle peppers, steeped then sieved out. Another is by infusing with natural extracts such as pure lemon extract for our Italian Lemon Infused Olive Oil. All the extracts are from natural oils and not from a chemical process. The only confusing infused oil is the Savory Butter which is not actually made from butter but from a patented plant that makes it taste like melted butter.
