• Aioli

    Aioli is simple to make and the variations are endless. Try it with roasted or grilled veggies, favourite grilled meat or fish, baked potatoes or as a french fry dip. Use it as spread on your favourite sandwich or on a burger. Aioli is traditionally prepared with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (healthy) unlike Mayonnaise which uses a neutral oil such as Canola (not so healthy).
