Medium Intensity: This is a unique variety originally from Northern Spain that is well adapted to a high-density production system. This is a typical Arbosana that is a medium intensity oil with a lot of different flavours. It tastes very fresh, and crisp with some green apple, herbal, cinnamon and mint characteristics along with ripe apple and buttery flavours too. It has low bitterness and strong pungency that is well balanced with the fruitiness.
