Our White Balsamic Vinegar is also from Modena, Italy. White Balsamics were created due to chefs who wanted the same product with the same characteristics of Dark Balsamic but without the dark colour for a better presentation or discolouring of salads or prepared dishes. White Balsamics undergo the same cooking processes as the Dark Balsamics but are aged in stainless steel vats instead of wooden barrels to prevent any flavouring or colouring from the contact with the wood. The result is the same crisp, tart and awesome sweetness.
